About me
Reverend Francois Forschle, a pastor with the Assemblies of God in France, is widely known for his passion for the Gospel and compassion for the marginalized. Born into a poor family in post-World War II Caen, Normandy, his childhood was marked by hardship and discord. After growing up in the streets and working various jobs, he enlisted in the army as a parachutist at 18.
He found faith at 23 and began full-time ministry at 25 as an Assistant Pastor in Strasbourg. His direct and engaging preaching style quickly made him one of France’s most sought-after evangelists, leading crusades in over 40 countries.
In Reims, where he pastored for 13 years, his heart broke for society’s outcasts. He founded a Crisis Center in 1977 for women and children in need, helping over 1,500 individuals. He also established the International Christian Mission (MCI) in 1980, providing humanitarian aid to Eastern Europe during the Cold War.
In 1989, Forschle took on the challenge of pastoring in Strasbourg, overseeing the construction of France’s largest evangelical church. He later moved to Paris in 1992, founding the International Evangelistic Center EVIDENCE, which grew rapidly and now serves over 2,000 members.
His ministry also extended to Madagascar, where he founded the Foundation Europe Madagascar Africa, offering medical, agricultural, and educational assistance. Today, Forschle remains active in ministry and is a board member of Church Growth International. His work continues to inspire and mobilize Christians worldwide to support France's spiritual needs.
